We first opened our doors in November of 2005, and despite having an ever-changing idea, the Colleyville/Grapevine & H.E.B. communities welcomed us with open arms. With the recent construction of our bar water wall and other minor renovations... We are now ready to expand our patio in the summer of 2015! At Rio Mambo, recipes are important, and while there are a vast number of translations to basic Tex Mex, ultimately their real secret lies in the ingredients! Our commitment to quality meats and produce, aged cheese, and fresh herbs & spices will provide you with the difference we call Chef Mex. We specialize in on-site events. Whether we are talking about cooking fresh Chicken and Beef Fajitas or our delicious flauta martinis, let us help you plan your next special event!
