Had Rio mambo Delivered last night, Ordered the shrimp quesadilla which was pretty good it's better in person because it's still crispy but we got the family fajitas and they were amazing great job Rio mambo can't wait to see you soon
I've been here twice and the food has been excellent. The chips and salsa is probably one of the best I've had as it taste fresh and has a nice spicy kick. I split the fajitas with my wife and it's plenty of food...
This was really good! We have been in Colleyville fir about 18 months but have checked out allot of places ... missed this because there is allot of Mexican places. That said this was really good. Great atmosphere with a great patio , the guac was fantastic...
